Expert in Oral surgery & Dental Implants therapy Dr. Vaidas Varinauskas often shares his experience, lecturing and presenting courses in various conferences and seminars. He is the author and the co-author of 13 articles in refereed Scientific Journals related to teeth implants and oral surgery. Dr. Varinauskas is a Member of the Irish Dental Council, International Team for Implantology (ITI)  and Irish Association of Oral surgery.

It requires 3 years of full-time further University training after a formal qualification in General Dentistry. It involves, but is not limited to: teeth implants, gums and bone grafts, dento-alveolar trauma, sinus lift/bone block augmentation, surgical removal of teeth, root-end surgery/apicectomy, oral pathology and radiology, osseous tissue surgery.
